Can Louez Intelligence change my data?
Yes. In your dashboard, it creates and updates your products, customers, reservations, categories and payments, with the signed-in member's permissions.
What happens if it gets something wrong?
Sensitive operations are blocked by the server: an invalid status change is refused, a product with live reservations can't be archived, a deposit is never returned beyond the amount collected, and a Stripe payment can't be deleted. The refusal comes from the server, not from what it understood.
Can it see my customer data from my storefront?
No. There it is read-only over your public catalog: active products, prices, availability. No customer records, no reservations, no payments.
Can it confirm a booking over the phone?
No. It files a pending request for you to approve, and no payment is taken during the call.
Are the AI features included in my plan?
Not on every plan. The AI features run on credits, and the details are on the pricing page. Whichever plan you're on, commission stays at 0%.
