What you pay
Louez
On pay-as-you-go, Louez takes 4% of your rentals, VAT included, with no subscription and no minimum: a month without rentals costs nothing. The store, payments, deposits, agreements and inspections are included, with unlimited team members. A subscription with no commission is available too, from $49 a month excl. VAT. Stripe's payment fees are separate.
LoKisi
Pro Loc costs €29 a month excluding VAT for one user, with no commitment and a 30-day trial. Each extra user adds €19 a month, the maintenance module €20 and the accounting export €19.
